Cheryl Smith Obituary

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.

Cheryl Smith, age 62, of Burleson, Texas passed away on Tuesday April 16, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas

Cheryl was born on December 6, 1961, in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Cheryl was an entrepreneur who accomplished many things in her life. She was a strong independent woman with the most selfless heart. She put herself through beauty school as well as real estate school where she held license in both. She had a cleaning business for 13 years, then decided to start an Electronic Medical Billing company. She also trained others in the business then started to sell software where she earned top dealer in the metroplex. Cheryl had drive, and motivation like no other and a desire to learn as much as she possibly could. After many years and great success in the electronic medical billing business she decided to retire. Cheryl loved to travel, spend time with friends and most importantly she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and she was their biggest supporters in life. Her daughters remember their mother as one of the smartest business woman with a strong will to succeed and the most loving heart. Her grandchildren will forever remember her funny sense of humor, her dance moves and birthday songs she would sing to them every year on their birthday. Whether it was a sweet song, funny song, or a rap song. The grand babies cherished them and it always put a big smile on their face on their special day.

Cheryl will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She leaves behind a legacy of hard work, determination, and love that will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May she rest in peace knowing she made a lasting impact on the world around her.
